I was considering just hiding away in a hole until I'd stopped being such a fatty but here are some outfit snaps anyway. I don't know why but I've taken a massive self confidence hit over the past week or so and I'm now the heaviest I've ever been. I don't feel great about my body and therefore I'm not feeling great about fashion. But hey ho!
I'm home in Dorset at the moment as my darling boyfriend is on his long weekend from British Army Basic Training. 7 weeks without him was really tough, and he's going back on Sunday for another 7 weeks. It sucks but it's all for a good reason and I have to say, he looks gorgeous in his uniform. CAMO CLUB! We haven't done an awful lot today, we just headed for a trundle around a nearby town and did a bit of shopping - I'll probably do a haul post ready for tomorrow.
I've wanted a Tapestry something ever since I missed out on the River Island Tapestry Blazer, and saw this Jacket on a recent browse of Missguided - I'm still not entirely sold (I don't really need another leather jacket) but I think it's probably a keeper and it's definitely more "me" than the blazer was. It's actually really good quality as well. I've had a couple of really shoddy experiences with Missguided - and I've been following this since the beginning - but recently I can only sing their praises, and they've turned back into one of the first places I go looking for bargain fashion. My jeans are in dire need of a wash so they go back into shape and don't bunch so much around the knee - luckily I have Mummy Washing Services for a few days so it won't cost an arm and a leg, and I won't have to wait for a full load (the bane of my life as a skinto Uni student who likes wearing variations of the same thing over and over!)
P.S - Apologies about my hair as well - definitely forgot to bring home my good shampoo and I'm now paying the price in frizz!

What NOT to eBay
If you're anything like me, the beginning of each new season brings with it two things - excitement for a new wardrobe - but also the need to clear out, and with the need to clear out comes a massive dread of "clearing out" the wrong thing and coming to then kicking yourself for not hanging on to it. With this in mind, I thought it'd be (hopefully) useful to take a helping hand from NYFW and make a guide (ish) of pieces that will definitely be around next A/W. No need to thank me ;)

Kind of an easy one, but oversized coats are timeless and if you've got yourself a good one, don't you dare get rid (unless you've already upgraded.) Boyfriend fit, puffy Parkas and Fur Lined coats are still allllllllll over the catwalks and the only thing that's really changed is a new influx of colours (Big yay after an A/W of Black and Grey!) If you've frozen your way through Winter and are still to invest - I've picked out six of my favourites from the highstreet.
